Cancellations


We are usually unable to accept cancellations due to our orders processing, and the stock being allocated, however please do contact us if you have any problems or concerns and we will offer a suitable solution.


Refund Policy


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will advise on our returns process and how you can return your order or parts of your order. We must receive your return within 14 days of delivery for us to process your return.

The customer is responsible for paying for return postage and ensuring it’s delivered back to us, we would recommend using tracked postage to ensure it can be tracked door to door.

All returns must be in their original condition and unused. Once returned to us, we will assess the products for any damage and issue a refund to your original payment method - this will not include any damages or shipping costs paid.


If your order is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damages and contact us - we will then resolve this for you.
