Some Frequently Asked Questions

Wish In A Box:
For Cancellation of your subscription, this is done via your account or Payment method, this will either be via PayPal or via your direct debit - you do not need to request from us to cancel your subscription box however we are more than happy to assist if you are unable to access.

Orders for Wish in a Box, including subscriptions and a one off box (including if this has been ordered with other products), will be shipped at the beginning of the month.
For example, if you order the March Wish in a Box during February - this will be sent at the beginning of March.

Processing Times:
Our current turnaround processing times is 7-15 working days for orders to be shipped. If your question is regarding an order being processed, we can only respond to queries that have exceeded 15 working days.

We are currently awaiting the arrival of our first little one who is due early 2025, we are working as quickly as possible regarding orders and working ahead for subscription boxes for these to be shipped on time!
