Order Processing

We are currently processing orders in:

7-10 Working Days for Stickers
1-2 Weeks for Fabric/Jelly Products
2-3 Weeks for Custom Orders


If you need a product sooner, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate this.

Shipping

We send all UK orders first class signed for as a standard, if you require a different shipping method, please contact us in advance.
Shipping estimate times from despatch are: 1-2 Working Days

We send all international orders tracked and signed for.
Shipping estimate times from despatch are:
3-5 Working Days in Europe
5-7 Working Days Worldwide


Please do note that some seasons postal shipping times will be delayed.

Once orders have been shipped, it is beyond our control how long they can take and all shipping times are estimates supplied by Royal Mail.

If you have already placed your order, please check your tracking for updates through https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ and enter your tracking number.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

We accept returns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and post your items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Your item/s must be in original condition on how you received them.
We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept cancellations, however please do contact us should you have any questions.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

What happens if I change my mind?

What happens if I give the wrong address?

In the event the wrong address is given, please contact us as soon as you possibly can. If we have not despatched your order, we will amend this for you.

If we have despatched your order, unfortunately we cannot get your order back and should it be returned to us then we will be able to forward your order on to use, however you will be charged again for the cost of postage to the amended address.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Should your order not arrive, we advise you wait 7 days after despatch to contact us.
All of our orders are sent signed for with tracking and all international orders are sent tracked and signed for.
You will find the tracking number with your order.

We take all payments through Paypal, you do not need an account to check out, it will process a card payment too.

Care Instructions

If you did need to wash the coin purse/ pencil case/ pouch, I would recommend a cooler or even cold wash and wash by hand. If you wash with warm/hot water it could potentially shrink! I would then recommend to air dry naturally. You can iron the fabric which will flatten and stretch out the fabric again.

Custom & Personalised Orders

If you see a product or fabric that you like but it is not quite to the specification or the size you wanted, do drop me a message as I can cater to certain sizes and specifications.

Sizing Details

The size of all pouches/coin purses and pencil cases are on the listings themselves. All sizes are approximate but would be within half an inch every way of this. If you would like a larger pouch, I can create this at a cost in proportion to size.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

Every order comes beautifully wrapped in an envelope sealed with a shop sticker. If you would like an order gift wrapped, this is definitely possible, and can be arranged by dropping me a message.
